Between 1:40-1:57 PM and 2:13-2:28 PM Pacific, the Ketch API in the US region experienced intermittent errors due to an upstream vendor incident. We worked directly with the vendor to identify and resolve the root cause. The issue has been fully mitigated and service is operating normally.
