This incident has been resolved. Between approximately 05:45 and 08:06 UTC, some customers experienced intermittent errors on API and Console requests. An authentication issue in one of our backend services caused new lookups to fail while previously cached requests kept succeeding, which is why impact varied by customer instead of showing as a full outage. We deployed a fix and confirmed normal service since. We're adding monitoring to catch this class of issue immediately.
